KNALaw would like to say thank you to Associates for your cooperation and contributions in the past time! Your cooperation is an honor for us.
However, in order for the cooperation to be favorable which is based on the spirit of support, sharing of experiences and benefits, both sides need to have clear agreements to create a basis for maintaining and developing a long-term cooperative relationship while minimizing unnecessary problems.
As a legal consultant with the same desire to cooperate with Associates, we offer the following regulations related to cooperation and development with Associates:
I. GENERAL RULES
- The Company always ensures maximum legal rights and benefits for Associates;
- The Company employees always have a respectful attitude, a spirit of inquisitiveness towards associates and is always ready to support associates when required;
- The Company and the Associate always clearly agree on issues related to profits and fees commensurate with their efforts;
- For the case that the parties cooperate to solve, it is necessary to have a clear exchange of the problem and the solution so that the parties can understand and coordinate well to quickly solve the problem for the Customer;
- Contracts signed with customers, Associates and the Company employees do not collect any other costs other than the contract;
- Confidentiality: The company employees are obliged to keep the information of associates absolutely confidential and not divulge to any person unless agreed by the Associates.
- The process of cooperation and working with partners, Associates and the Company work together to create a professional and effective working style;
- Support to resolve disputes arising between the Company and third parties (if any).
- CONSULTANCY ASSOCIATE
Descriptions
- Provide solutions to support solving problems related to documents that the Company is about to sign and is implementing for customers.
- Provide a number of solutions to support the Company’s leaders to have optimal solutions for the Company’s customers.
- Confidentiality: Associates support the company’s leader and employees to solve the isue. Associates are responsible for keeping confidential information related to the Company’s case, absolutely not providing it externally.
Benefits:
- Customer referral commission for KNALaw will be received from 10% – 20% of the signed contract value (VAT not included).
- Regarding the consulting commission fee will be calculated in two options as follows:
+ Receive fee each time according to each specific case.
+ Or receive monthly fee from: 2.000.000 VND – 10.000.000 VND.
- On holidays, New Year, birthday, the Company will have gifts to send to associates in place of deep thanks during the cooperation process
- PROFESSION ASSOCIATE
Duties:
- Necessary verbal or written agreement before cooperation;
- Associates commit not to use the Company’s customers for private cooperation in the process of cooperation with the Company;
- All exchanges and working with the Company’s customers, Associates must use the Company email provided by the Company to work in order to show professionalism;
- Confidentiality: Associates support the Company’s leader and employees to solve the isue. Associates are responsible for keeping confidential information related to the Company’s case, absolutely not providing it externally.
Benefits:
- Customer referral commission for KNALaw will be received from: 10% – 20% of the signed contract value (VAT not included).
- Participating in the implementation, support and promotion of favorable work will receive a commission in the form of an agreement as follows:
- First: Get a fixed amount for 1 case
- Second: Get a percentage from 5% – 40% of the contract value (VAT not included).
- On holidays, New Year, birthday, the Company will have gifts to send to associates in place of deep thanks during the cooperation process.
- ASSOCIATE FOR INTRODUCING CUSTOMERS
Condition:
- The referred client must sign a service contract with the Company.
Benefits:
- Customer referral commission for KNALaw will be received and calculated as follows:
+ Commission fee will be received from: 10% – 20% of the signed contract value (excluding VAT).
+ Or, the percentage will be agreed before signing the contract with the customer at the reasonable request of the associate.
+ In addition, the Company also has a special preferential policy for fortifications when there is a need to use one of the fields that KNALaw is providing.
II. PAYMENT

- Referral commission
4.1. Contract value under 30,000,000 VND: Pay immediately after receiving the first service fee from the customer.
4.2. Contract value from 30,000,000 VND to 200,000,000 VND, divided into 2 cases
– Case 1: The first service fee which is from 70% of the contract value, will be paid as soon as KNALaw receives the first service fee.
– Case 2: The first service fee which is lower than 70% of the contract value, will be divided into two times as follows:
+ First time: Pay 80% payment as soon as the first service fee is received.
+ Second time: Pay the remaining 20% payment as soon as the second service fee is received.
4.3. Contract value over 200,000,000 VND, divided into 2 cases:
– Case 1: The first service fee which is from 50% of the contract value, will be paid as soon as KNALaw receives the first service fee.
– Case 2: The first service fee which is lower than 50% of the contract value, will be divided into two times as follows:
+ First time: Pay 50% payment as soon as the first service fee is received.
+ Second time: Pay the remaining 50% payment as soon as the second service fee is received.
- Consulting commission: Will be paid monthly or immediately if the first service fee is received from the customer.
- Performing commission: This fee will be paid in % corresponding to the fee received by KNALaw from customers.
