MARRIAGE AND FAMILY CONSULTANCY
A. PRE-MARRIAGE STAGE
I. Consulting on pre-marital issues for Vietnamese (service fee from 3.000.000 VND to 5.000.000 VND)
- Consulting on conditions and procedures for marriage registration;
- Consulting on contents related to the guarantee of common and personal property;
- Consulting and drafting pre-marital documents.
For cases relating to foreign factors, service price will be from 10.000.000 VND to 15.000.000 VND.
II. Incentives when using our service
- Being consulted by phone and receiving feedback on the same day;
- Being supported in drafting documents that arise before, during and after the marriage period;
- Being given resources and forms related to family and marriage.
B. DURING AND AFTER MARRIAGE
I. Regular consulting service for the problems during and after marriage (Service fee: 10.000.000 VND – 15.000.000 VND/month)
- Consulting on legal problems arising from marriage and inheritance relations (03 times/1 month, each time no more than 1 hour);
- Assisting in the review and provision of legal opinions on issues arising from marriage and family life, as well as inheritance;
- Assisting with the review of wills and written agreements between husband and wife and other related individuals;
- Consulting and giving legal solutions under the regulations of law to marriage and family problems of Clients;
- Consulting to confirm the legal relationship in the field of Marriage and Family: Husband-Wife; Parents-Children and other family members; identification of parents and children; guardianship;
- Consulting on procedures related to adoption;
- Consulting on matters related to gestational surrogacy;
- Consulting on birth registration procedures without marriage registration;
- Advising on marriage healing;
- Consultation on divorce (divorce conditions, divorce procedures, monogamous marriage violations, marriage and family relations involving foreign elements, and so on);
- Consulting on matters related to divorce mediation;
- Advising, answering, instructing on matters of divorce by mutual consent, unilateral divorce, divorce when one party leaves or obstructs divorce;
- Consulting on child custody and child support;
- Consulting and supporting Clients in resolving divorce issues, child custody disputes, property disputes at Court;
- Consulting and supporting Clients in resolving inheritance disputes at Court.
II. Incentives when using our service
- Being consulted by phone and receiving feedback on the same day;
- Being supported in drafting documents that arise before, during and after the marriage period;
- Being given resources and forms related to family and marriage;
- Consulting on handling violations of the law on family and marriage;
- Consulting on other matters related to marriage and family;
- Being given a free voucher for 05 hours of consultation or a 15% discount on the service fee when signing a 3-year contract.
